  1. Clean entire area around the DUST seal.
  2. Use a small flat head screwdriver to assist in sliding away the DUST seal, exposing the OIL seal.
This is the first step on how to use Seal Mate to repair and fix your leaking fork seals on your yamaha honda suzuki ktm yamaha 450 250 street bikes, dirt bikes, and mountain bikes

3.Clean entire area around OIL seal. (Contact cleaner, tootbrush, towel).

Step 2 to using the Seal Mate tool on all ranges of street bikes, dirt bikes, and mountain bikes to fix your leaking fork seals

4. Carefully insert HOOKED END of SEAL MATE TOOL between the seal and fork tube. This should be inserted approximately 1/2" deep.

5. Gently rotate SEALMATE around fork tube making sure that the HOOKED END is the leading edge.

6. After a complete rotation, CONTINUE rotating SEALMATE as it is being removed.
7. Wipe down entire area (fork tube and seal).
8. Grab the front brake and COMPRESS (pump) the forks several times.
9. Wipe off entire area (fork tube and seal).
10. Pump again
11. Inspect fork tube for excess oil. If excess oil is present repeat steps 8-11.

12. Clean and return DUST seal to original position.
13. Reinstall guard
